Tabitha Simmons is launching a new shoe line exclusively at Bergdorf Goodman, featuring looks varying from wedge boots to strappy stilettos.  It seems the designer’s also thrown in a pair of pumps that look like they’ve been pierced “corset-style.”  Are they cutting-edge cool or just a tad crazy?
