Flat leather sandals have been a fashion staple since the times of Roman gladiators.  And suede ankle booties have made a spectacular comeback over the past couple of seasons.  But what if you combine the two trends into one shoe?  Apparently DV by Dolce Vita wanted to find out with its Adam Suede Sandals.
