Although I love the use of bright colors, I still went for a somewhat low-key look.  I wanted something that was flexible with whatever it was I decided to wear for Halloween.

Now for the real “treat” — everything I used was from my local drugstore, so you won’t have to break the bank!  Besides, most of us don’t want to spend too much on looks we’re trying for the first time.
