Someone pays you a compliment — how do you react? Some people relish in the praise, some deny and try to negate the kind words and other people just get really uncomfortable.
As glowing as a cherub
The past few days, Anne has been lovely enough to compliment me on how my face has a beautiful glow. I let her believe it was my natural beauty radiating through, but it was really thanks to Dr. Perricone No Foundation Foundation (more on this later) and Purely Cosmetics mineral blush in Coral.
But while I ate up the compliments, Anne and I realized that some people aren’t as welcoming. So that’s what we wanted to ask you all.

Thanks so much for running this poll. It’s actually refreshing to see “I eat up compliments” in the lead, as of right now. I am a HUGE believer in compliments – giving AND receiving. I even wrote about that, too: http://tr.im/olO8. I just think they make a real difference.
