When I first came across Hari’s Salon’s answer to dry, damaged hair, my thought process was as follows:

1. GROSS!!!!  That is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever heard of.
2. No wait -  THIS is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever heard of.
3. Is anybody really getting this treatment???
4. I wonder if it really does anything to your hair.
5. I’m not curious enough to find out by testing it myself.

While it’s our mission to uncover the truth at BX, we have our limits.  Sticking semen in our hair is certainly one of them (ew, ew, ew – I really can’t stress the “ewness” enough).  But I guess the bright side is that, if you’re of the persuasion to try this, you can save some dough and get your own personalized treatment at home.
