There are some people who can pull off bizarre outfits as part of their outrageous personas (read: Lady Gaga), and there are some that simply can’t.  Kristen Stewart falls in the latter camp.

We’re not sure exactly what Kristen was thinking when donning this red carpet masterpiece to promote “New Moon.”  Did she lose her luggage and have to wear whatever she could find at the London flea market? Did her little sister make her a tie-dye shirt and a shredded skirt for her birthday? Did Joan Jett bestow her with some leftover ‘80s cast-offs from pal Cyndi Lauper? Did she lose a bet to Robert Pattinson that she couldn’t get more homely?

Whatever happened, in our book, Kristen Stewart’s ensemble deserves a big “WTF.”
