Eager to have a crazy girls night out, my girlfriends suggested we take our glamming-up to a whole different level by trying on the one thing I had ever hesitated in wearing: fake eyelashes. Having no choice but to give in to my friends’ nagging, I decided to finally go ahead and try them. Ripping open a box of Revlon’s Fantasy Lengths eyelashes, I went ahead and did what I thought was the unimaginable. And you know what? I can honestly say my lashes looked twice as long and I looked twice as good.
The process:
Relieved that Revlon Fantasy Lengths eyelashes were self-adhesive and did not require any scary and messy glue, I was less reluctant to try on the so-called transforming lashes. The cover even read that they were safe to wear in water (which for some reason made me even more comfortable using them!). After gently peeling off the lashes, I held the eyelashes up to my eye and checked the length of each in position to my eye. I gently fit the lashes on the base of my lash line and pressed softly with the applicator enclosed in the package. Feeling a bit heavy in the eyes, I blinked rapidly for a minute until my eyes finally got used to the unfamiliar weight on each lid.
The result?
Turning to look in the mirror, I found my eyelashes to be longer than I had expected and my eyes to be wider than I had ever seen them. Having tiny eyes that barely show even with the help of several coats of mascara, I was surprised to find that Revlon’s eyelashes opened up my eyes and made them bigger than I had ever imagined. My eyes glamorous and alluring, I stepped out feeling confident and ready to hit the dance floors for an amazing girls night out.
