The other day I forced my friend to notice how soft my hair has become (I am such a nice friend).
“Oh my God! Your hair is so soft… like a puppy.”
Now normally I don’t accept or appreciate dog comparisons. However, this was an exception. Puppies have soft hair (fur?). I want soft hair. Therefore, I was ecstatic to be told my hair was just as soft and touchable as a puppy.
So what steps did I take to soften my hair (and no, it wasn’t chewing loafers or playing fetch)? I changed up my shampoo and conditioner routine and started using two I.C.O.N. products, courtesy of PlanetBeauty.com – Drench Your Hair With Moisture Shampoo and Your Hair Feels Free Conditioner.

I tested these products out for a week to make sure that they didn’t suffer from “great for only the first time you use it” syndrome. And while my hair was light, soft and frizz free after the first use, it continued to stay that way throughout the entire week.
I’m on week two now, and the products are still working beautifully. They are definitely worth the slightly steeper price ($29.50 for a 33 oz. bottle of shampoo and $37.90 for a 33 oz. bottle of conditioner). I.C.O.N. hair products are available for purchase at Planet Beauty.
