We mulled over flat bootie sandals. We scratched our heads at “bumps” (bootie pumps). Now, we’re pondering over these Zigi Soho platform booties, which seem to be confused over their own footwear status. From the ankle up — bad-ass biker chick bootie all the way. From the ankle down — sandal heels ready for an elegant dinner and cocktails.  But when you combine the two looks, does it make for a stylish shoe or simply a fashion folly?
