We’ve all been there. After the champagne ran dry and the Gaga tunes were gone, our feet were on fire in 6-inch stilettos and we couldn’t make it to the club’s front door, let alone our own. To remain classy and tetanus free, we kept our excruciating (but extraordinary) shoes on, fought back the tears and wobbled the whole way home.

Until now. With Fit In Clouds, the fold-able and portable flats, we’re finally able to take our final strut sans sore feet.

The “comfort for your feet that fits in your purse” looks identical to a traditional satin ballet flat, only with a thick rubber sole on the bottom for comfort and street protection. They fold in half and are small enough to fit in most evening bags alongside your credit card and lip gloss, though they do come with a flashy drawstring pouch if you’ve got the room. Plus, there’s a Fit in Clouds for everyone, as the flats come in a variety of styles from silver sequined to metallic pink to basic black and cater to sizes 5-10.

Buyer beware: The Fit in Clouds are not an all weather shoe and shouldn’t be worn in the snow or rain since the satin provides little protection. Nonetheless, if you have to call upon them in a footwear emergency, most styles are machine washable.
