Kristin finally admits her problem — she’s a true shopaholic. There’s absolutely nothing she needs (her two closets are overflowing as it is). She’s vowed to stop shopping until May 16th, and she invites you to join her each Monday during this trying time.

Woah – can’t believe I am on my last week of my first month of NO SHOPPING. It’s actually getting a lot easier now to not shop. I don’t have as many urges and I don’t “forget” as often that I can’t spend money. Granted, there are plenty of things that I would love to snatch up when I see them in stores, but I have come to terms with the fact that I just can’t. Then again, I’m sure that when it warms up a bit more, I’m going to tempted to get some brand new delightful spring purchases. It’s definitely helping that I am tired of winter clothes and don’t want to buy any more.

I will once again apologize for the photos I will subject you to in just a second. Especially on Friday/Saturday when I was getting ready to go out with my roomie. We were very excited to see how many free drinks we could mooch off of unsuspecting bar patrons.

Hangover moping/Being an awesome friend

Why am I awesome? Because at 10 pm I went out with my friend when all I wanted to do was sleep. This is the text I got from him. “I have to go to XXX’s. He wants me to have drinks with these ugly, weird girls. Will you come with me so they won’t try to hook up with me?”

I thought about saying no and making his life miserable for him/funnier for me, but I felt bad and caved.
