Let me preface this by saying that I hate working out, which is why I never do. However, at work this week I found out that the office has the opportunity to meet with a trainer who is basically going to kick all of our butts in shape. I’d be foolish to pass up a free opportunity like this, so I’ve decided I’m going to attend the sessions. But, this means that I’m going to need workout clothes considering I don’t own any that should be seen in public. Check out my list of must-haves for looking good and feeling good while working out!
I love the way bright colored sneakers look and think that they’ll give me the boost I need to be excited about getting in shape. I’ve got my eye on the Nike Free Run+3 Running Shoe, as it comes in a lot of vibrant colors like pink, neon green, and purple.
For those who aren’t a fan of neon, this sneaker comes in black and gray too.
I always wear Nike shorts around the house because they’re so comfortable. I imagine they’re just as comfortable during a workout, considering that’s what they’re actually for meant for. Check out these Nike Tempo Running Shorts if you want to look cute while remaining comfortable.
Tight tops are not a preference of mine for working out, so I like to choose looser tops. However, I don’t want them to hang off me. Under Armour’s Kick Asphalt Tee is breathable, but still form fitting enough. Plus, the name is just so clever.
Let’s hope new workout clothes will get me excited for this. I’ll be sure to let you know how it all goes in a few weeks!

Hi Katrina, I got these at NikeWorld in Boston which is a large store that carries all of their seasonal products. However, I bought them a few months ago. I would check out a place like FootLocker and if you don't have luck, try Nike.com or a site like Amazon or Zappos. Good luck!
I've been looking for those hot punch nike free run+ 3's everywhere sadly
could you please tell me where you bought them?
