Oh my GOLD… it’s everywhere. No matter where you shop this season, your bound to find your eyes wandering to flashes of gold. It makes sense that this trend seems to come around every few autumns since it matches the fall color scheme so well, but this year it seems to be even more prominent.

You can’t go wrong with a rose gold dress this fall and the ruching on this dress is particularly flattering. If silver is more your color, don’t worry. This dress comes in silver as well. If you want a more fun look, check out this textured skirt from Forever 21. Pair it with a black tank top and heels when you go out.

This fall, even blazers are going gold. Sequin blazers like this are great for a night out, but just make sure to keep the rest of your outfit as simple as possible. If you don’t want to go all out in a fully metallic top, find one with gold accents. This chiffon top from H&M gives you just enough shine.

For me, metallics are a trend I generally stay away from but I think I’ll dive into it this season. A lot of places out there give great gold options for girls who still need to ease into the look. So don’t by shy – get gilded!
