Summer Swimwear Styles

I don’t entirely remember the last time that I said, “I just really want a one-piece for summer.”  Well, besides this season, of course.  Is it just me or are one-pieces absolutely everywhere?  Not only that – this year’s one-pieces are totally fashionable!  Ruching, ruffles, patterns, etc.  They’re all so different and all so cute!  One-pieces are no longer those silly bathing suits your mother wears on your family beach day; they’re all the rage this summer.

Polka-dots are a girl’s best friend, which is why I’m loving J.Crew’s Hot Dot Underwire Tank ($84) so much!  From the pretty dots to the ruching, this suit is a much cheaper retro alternative to Madewell’s one-piece.

Bows and stripes, what could be better?

I’m absolutely in love with the ivory and black stripes on J.Crew’s Skinny-Stripe Bow Underwire Tank ($125).  A classic and flattering suit is the perfect type of one-piece for this summer.

Which one is your favorite?
