Let me start out by saying that I love snow. I love it. I love playing in the snow, I love sledding, and I love snowball fights. What I don’t love is having to venture out into the snow while attempting to both bundle up and somehow continue looking fashionable (well, at least acceptable looking).
But, after moving to a city where trudging through the snow is pretty much essential during the winter, I quickly learned how to bundle up in some cute, essential layers.
Long sleeve tees, sweaters, jackets, scarves, etc. Winter weather allows for layering with all types of fun accessories and cozy, warm clothes.
What are some of your favorite layering pieces?

Banana Republic
Stock up on long sleeve tees like this Banana Republic Striped Cotton-Linen Scoopneck ($39.50). They’re perfect for laying under a warm sweater or wearing alone with skinny jeans and flats.

Madewell
Throw this cute Madewell Sketch Club Cardigan ($98) on over your long sleeve tees to create a vintage layered look and to keep warm, of course!

ASOS
Sure, winter jackets can be pretty expensive, but you don’t have to go the designer route. ASOS has this adorable Fit and Flare Coat ($161) at a fairly reasonable price. This 70’s style coat is perfect for keeping warm with its funnel neck and twin pockets.

Etsy
Do infinity scarves even need an introduction? To sum it up briefly, they’re fashionable, fun, and will definitely keep you warm in those cold winter months. Try one like this Navy Striped Linen Circular Scarf ($40) from Amelie Bryson’s shop on Etsy.

Aldo
If you live anywhere near the cold, boots are an essential. Plus, how can you pass up these gorgeous Aldo Otterbein boots? They’re the perfect cold weather accessory-keeping your feet and your legs warm!
