Products provided complementary to create this neutral shimmer eyeshadow look, but opinions are all Anne’s own.
As a fanatical makeup lover, you might notice I’m often trying out dramatic looks that are full of color and really pop. But sometimes, going a little on the softer, neutral side is just what the beauty doctor ordered.
And as we enter into spring, there’s nothing better than a clean, neutral shimmer eyeshadow look.
I created this clean, dewy look using a Bellapierre Cosmetics Mineral Shimmer 9 Stack set in “Serenity.”
These shadows are 100% natural and contain just two ingredients: pure mica powder and titanium dioxide. It’s incredible to think that there’s nothing else in them! So if you’re sensitive to fillers that are usually found in mineral shadows, Bellapierre shadows are a great alternative.
Bellapierre Shimmer 9 Stacks come in seven different color sets for $89.99 each, which might seem pricey, but considering you’re getting nine shadows made from high quality ingredients, it’s really quite reasonable.
Here are swatches of all the shades in the “Serenity” set I used to create my eye look.
To create my neutral shimmer eyeshadow look, I used seven of the nine shadows (I didn’t use the darkest two shades since I wanted this to look light and airy). I did a lot of blending, and I featured the lightest shades up below the brow bone and in the inner corners of my eyes, placing the darkest shades in the crease, while lining the pink-ish hue under my eyes.
A light coat of black mascara from bareminerals finished off this subtle spring look!
