In this edition of “The Bald and the Beautiful,” we feature Stephanie Pratt, little sister of “The Hills” star Spencer Pratt. The younger Pratt sibling suffered an unfortunate incident this past weekend, when she was charged with a DUI after celebrating Holly Montag’s birthday. As punishment, we felt it only fitting to have Pratt serve our own sentence by doing the bald “walk of shame.”
