Another month, another GlossyBox. I was mourning the ending of Christmas cheer and opening presents (let’s just be honest) when I opened my front door to find the most festive GLOSSYBOX on my front stoop. It was a lovely surprise and I couldn’t wait to see what was inside. So without further ado, here is what I unwrapped:
You know that motto “better late than never?” Yea, keep it in mind while you read this posty-post. Yes, I know it’s December, but my November GLOSSYBOX didn’t arrive until yesterday (December, 2). Not ideal, but we’ll roll with it. Right now I’m just sharing info and photos, but once I get to try out these goodies, I’ll give you a quick update. You know the drill 🙂
Might be hard to believe seeing as I have a beauty blog and all, but I’ve never actually received a GLOSSYBOX before. If you’ve been reading for a while, you know I’ve dabble in subscription boxes here, here and here, but never taken the plunge. So when the fine folks at GLOSSYBOX reached out about their special collab with Harper’s BAZAAR, I quickly said YES and waited anxiously for it to arrive on my doorstep. It finally arrived last week, and I anxiously ripped it open (after pausing to take some pictures for this post, obviously). You can read all about it below the gratuitous amounts of photos you’re about to see ..
If you scoop up this box for yourself, you’ll receive five of the below items:
Vichy Liftactiv Night (0.51 fl oz)
Benefit, they’re real! mascara (0.1 oz)
Bvlgari Eau Parfume eau thé vert Conditioner (2.53 fl oz)
My box contained the Vichy Liftactiv Night, Benefit, they’re real! mascara, Bvlgari Eau Parfume eau thé blanc Conditioner, Essie Madison Ave-Hue and OCC Lip Tar Authentic and I couldn’t be more pleased with these goodies.
I already know I love the they’re real mascara, so I’m excited to have a travel-size version for my upcoming trips. Mini sizes always make travel more enjoyable. While I’ve never owned a bottle of Madison Ave-Hue, Essie is one of my favorite nail polish brands, so I can’t wait to sport this barbie-pink hue. I’ve been dying to try an OCC Lip Tar, and Authentic is totally out of my lippie comfort zone, so it’s a double whammy. Last but not least, I’ve never tried Vichy nor Bvlgari products, so I don’t know what to expect … which is always fun!
